Production Facility Scale: As a Taiwanese-owned enterprise, the company employs over 160 staff members and operates in a 5,500-square-meter facility. It encompasses all processes from carbon fiber prepreg to painting, possessing ample production space and a robust workforce foundation.
Diverse Product Range: Primarily manufacturing carbon fiber bicycle components, including frames for road bikes, mountain bikes, track bikes, and time trial bikes, alongside tubular rims, open-end rims, and small-wheel rims. Additionally produces forks, handlebars, seatposts, and other components, offering a wide variety to meet diverse customer needs. Beyond bicycles, the company also manufactures carbon fiber structural brackets and brackets for farm cleaning equipment.
Technology R&D: As a certified high-tech enterprise, we hold multiple patented technologies. These include frame internal cable routing positioning structures, bicycle front derailleur stopper mounting mechanisms, and internal cable routing frame manufacturing techniques. These innovations enhance product performance and production efficiency.
Production Process: Frames are manufactured using EPS (internal molding) technology. We possess high TG point rims (for C-clamps) and mold development capabilities. Water-based painting is completed in-house, enabling a comprehensive service model from design to finished product shipment. Our advanced production processes ensure strict control over every stage of manufacturing.
Stringent Product Standards: Designs comply with UCI certification specifications. Testing facilities utilize equipment from Taiwan's Junyan Precision Machinery. Frames meet EN ISO 4210 standards (EN14766, EN14781 specifications), while rims conform to relevant international norms. These rigorous standards ensure product quality and enhance market competitiveness.
High Market Recognition: Products are exported to multiple countries across Europe and Asia, with primary OEM production for renowned European brands. This demonstrates significant international market recognition and validates the company's production capabilities through market testing.
